# Create Transcription Translate

POST https://api.meshapi.ai/v1/audio/transcriptions/translate
Content-Type: multipart/form-data

Transcribe audio and translate it to English.

Provider is resolved from the model name via model_pricing. The adapter
must implement `speech_to_text_translate()`; unsupported providers return 422.
Returns `{"text": "..."}` always in English.
